Refund, Exchange, and Replacement Policy
Order Cancellations and Change of Mind Please be advised that once an order has been placed, cancellations or changes of mind cannot be accommodated. We are unable to issue refunds for such cases
Inspection for Damages We strongly advise that customers promptly inspect their products upon receipt. Please ensure you check for any factory defects or damages before using the product.
Exchanges and Returns To qualify for an exchange or return, the product must be in its original condition, including being clean, unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original packaging and labels intact.
Procedure for Exchanges and Returns
Initiation: To initiate an exchange or return, customers must email lean@hellosportstudio.com and tiaan@hellosportstudio.com within 30 days of receipt of the parcel. The email must include a copy of the receipt, the reason for the return, and supporting photographs.

Packaging: The product must be returned within 30 days of receipt, securely packed in its original state. Products not adhering to these conditions may be refused or returned to the sender at Hello Sport Studio's discretion.


Collection: We will arrange for a courier to collect the package. A waybill will be sent via email, which must be printed and attached to the package for collection. A plastic shipping bag will be provided by the courier.
Processing: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is clean, unwashed, unworn, and unused.

Please allow 1-4 business days for processing Exchanges will be shipped to the original delivery address. Store credits (gift cards) will be emailed once the return is processed. Refunds will be processed according to the original payment method; please provide the necessary details upon request
Discounted, Sale, and Black Friday Items Items purchased at a discount, during sales, or Black Friday promotions may only be exchanged for another size or a gift card. Exchanges for such items are subject to stock availability
Free Exchanges Free exchanges are available only for online orders.

We offer one free exchange per order; subsequent exchanges will incur a shipping fee of R 1 10.00
Non-returnable Items Socks and gift cards are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds
