f an item is to be returned you need to have all the original packing, labels (still on the products), all items must be clean, unworn, unwashed & unused. Customers wishing to exchange or return merchandise must fill out the exchange form within thirty (30) days after receiving the parcel.

Regarding returns, you will be credited with the ZAR amount of the returned item in the form of a Hello Sport Studio voucher (Please note: No returns/credit on the shipping costs).

For international exchanges, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs and any relevant duties of an exchange.

 

To ensure that our customers have a safe and consistent experience, Hello Sport Studio will handle any returns and exchanges under the CPA or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 2002 (“ECT Act”). We will happily accept returns or exchanges purchased through our direct sales channels, i.e. the official Hello Sport Studio website, within 30 days after purchase. We cannot accept or allow any exchanges or returns purchased through a 3rd party.

 

Sale items: Sale items can only be exchanged for another size or a gift card. Please note that a shipping charge of R110 is applicable to arrange a courier pick up and drop off. No returns, exchanges or refunds are allowed on socks or gift cards.

Please note, we cannot guarantee the availability of specific sizes or colors, as our products are limited in stock.

Should you use your product and spot a factory fault within 30 days of receiving it, Hello Sport Studio will then replace that item for you. Please email lean@hellosportstudio.com for more info. Size labels and care labels on the inside of garments are not included, and garments cannot be replaced if the printing on the INSIDE of a garment splinters, fades or comes loose. As the size and care labels are worn directly in contact with the skin, we make use of softer printing and fabrics to ensure a comfortable fit. This results in the printing fading faded easier and is therefore considered standard wear and tear.
